Team Building Workshop
Curtin's Motivation Workshop is an innovative program developed by Curtin's Facilitators, Maureen Meredith and Terry Healy. The aim of the workshop is to bring groups together to participate in team development activities that act as a catalyst for team growth in a relaxed environment. The tailor-made approach ensures that the client's objectives will be delivered and participants will be engaged in a learning environment that is relaxed and fun filled.
The team development activities presented in this workshop act as a catalyst and provide the framework for team growth. The workshop enables groups to come together as a team to experience the 'hands on' and 'down to earth' structured activities.
The program is tailored to be relevant to the group's requirement. Participants leave the workshop with a positive feeling about themselves, their team members and have achieved the workshop objectives.

The sessions are highly interactive with the Facilitators gathering input from the participants using a novel and fun approach. The length of time of workshops can be negotiated to suit the client. As an example, a workshop generally runs for 3 hours and is divided into 3 fast paced sessions with the facilitators rotating throughout.
